    I’m confused by your comments. Did you place your order directly from the Joy And Mario web site? If so, you should have been refunded for the shoe that was not shipped. If you ordered from the J & M web site, please provide me your order # so that I can look into this issue. You can also call me directly @ 626-453-0856 to resolved your issue.

    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from your web site. Was e-mailed that 2 were not available and I would be refunded and I was! But a week later you sent me another pair of the shoes you had already sent me. I don’t want them – what do I do? And please don’t charge me for them. My original order number is #10056. The shoe you have sent me twice is Capistrano. Thanks for your help.

  • Hi, I was in Hong Kong this past week and purchased two pair of joy and Mario shoes. Unfortunately I left without a pair that I love. I believe they are the “Trinit” in blue. The ones online. Slightly different in the ones that were in store in time square Hong Kong. However, I am interested in the “Trinity”. I wear an 8 1/2, but they are not available. Will you be receiving more in size 8 1/2?

    I received Order #10278 with the Lisa Navy shoes, item #51058W, Size 8. The order was placed on the joy and mario website and was shipped on June 27th. A charge was place through PayPal of $75.34. I have sent an email asking for instructions on how to return the shoes since they do not fit but have not received a response. Please advise how I proceed with returning the shoes for a refund.
